Our plants in Lemoore and Williams, are a culmination of many years of progressive technology improvements.    Our extensive resources can do it all - from packaging ready-to-use tomatoes in convenient sizes, to industrial tomato ingredients packed in 55-gal drums and 300-gallon bins.  Our state of the art glass, plastic, and can lines enable us to produce products ranging from salsa to fresh pack sauces.

Quality begins in the field. Tomato varieties are selected which will deliver a premium product.

Our decades of experience working with successful farmers contribute to the careful selection of land and understanding of microclimates. These conditions are matched with the proper varieties  to maximize raw product yield and quality.

The fields are all in close proximity to our processing facilities allowing the plants to be harvested at optimal maturity. The time interval from harvest to processing is among the lowest in the industry.
